ŠKODA celebrated a large special show in the Drive.
"Thanks to the collaboration with the ET Global team, our brand world in the center of the capital became so much more than a product exhibition."
Under the striking title "What drives you?" visitors were able to discover the many aspects that make up the DNA of the innovative automotive brand on 4,000 square meters. The exhibition, implemented by trade fair and event partner ET GLOBAL, conveyed ŠKODA's vision on the central themes of design, connectivity and sponsorship.
At the same time, it thus put the ŠKODA passenger car range in the spotlight. The stars of the show were the new ŠKODA KODIAQ, the upgraded bestseller ŠKODA OCTAVIA and the top model ŠKODA SUPERB.
In the exhibition area dedicated to design, the public was able to trace the evolution of the ŠKODA DESIGN DNA, characterized by harmonious proportions, precise lines, sharply designed edges and crystalline three-dimensionality.
This idea of crystalline clarity was also brought home to visitors through active creative design: they were able to cut their very own crystal artwork under the guidance of a Bohemian glass artist and take it home with them. The exhibition area on connectivity showcased ŠKODA's digital innovation and development expertise.
Here, information films and skilfully staged exhibits conveyed to visitors the full range of solutions that will shape the driving experience of the future: From ŠKODA Care Connect services such as automatic service appointment planning, remote vehicle access and emergency call function to the numerous infotainment services including traffic flow display, fuel prices and news tailored to the user.
The third part of the ŠKODA sponsorship world immersed the guest in the world of cycling, motor sports and ice hockey: Here, he learned all about ŠKODA's important relationship with the Tour France, the longest World Championship partnership in history, which has made ŠKODA synonymous with ice hockey for many years, and ŠKODA's status as one of the most successful players on the world's rally tracks.
Visitors to the exhibition were able to experience the multiple rally winner FABIA R5 up close and even get behind the wheel of the turbo four-wheeler themselves. Thanks to virtual reality goggles, the ride in the rally simulator felt like being on the race track. The ŠKODA spokesman was more than satisfied with this result: "Thanks to the cooperation with the ET Global Team, our brand world in the center of the capital became so much more than a product exhibition."
"The various stations, which provided our visitors* with active experiences such as ice hockey puck shooting or the virtual ride in the ŠKODA FABIA R5, created memories among our audience. - Memories that remain directly associated with our brand and corporate identity. We couldn't have asked for a more optimal impact on our stakeholders."
